Debbie Cushman Roy - Tai Chi Easy
Debbie is an artist who has always had an interest in teaching and helping others. After going through a life-changing event, she found yoga helped her to heal mind, body and spirit. Realizing the power of yoga, she wanted to find a self-healing form that was accessible to an even larger audience. So she looked into the self-healing potential of Qigong and was inspired to learn more. Qigong uses simple, gentle movement, massage and breath work.
After doing a bit of research, she went to Omega Institute in beautiful Rhinebeck, NY to study with Dr. Roger Jahnke. She completed 200 hours of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi Teacher Certification Training, and is certified by the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi in Santa Barbara, CA. She continues to work with Dr. Jahnke, and is in the process of helping to bring a Tai Chi Easy materials to the public. She has been teaching Tai Chi for Health and Qigong in many NH communities .
